Job requires a person ensuring smooth operations and creating a customer delight. Ensuring zero waiting time for end-users, upkeep of vehicles, proactive planning and maintenance of vehicles. Conducting superior interpersonal relationship to ensure drivers and vendors align with Vayudoot Business requirements. Able to interact with clients’ team and build long term relationship. An eye for process improvement and a successful change manager. The job requires reporting into General Manager Operations.

Previous Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years with an Employee Transport Service/Business Transport Service or have been on the client side dealing with vendors. Minimum of 2 years with last engagement. Have handled operations of 100+ cars successfully. Minimum qualification any Graduate.

Skills:

Data Analysis quality, working on MS – Excel and Word, good communication skills – essential to know local language, Optimization of Manpower and Fleet.

Job requires a person to have customer centric approach. Working around with operation challenges, enhancing On Time Performance, ensuring smooth operations. Ensuring zero waiting time for end-users, upkeep of vehicles, proactive planning and maintenance of vehicles. Comprehensive understanding of RTO Compliance, Road Tax, Toll etc. Team Member spirits to ensuring drivers and vendors become members of a larger team. The job requires multiple reporting into General Manager Operations/Client Site In-charge.
